What GST rate applies to restaurant bills?
Set each item’s GST rate and BillingPoint applies it on the bill. Most standalone restaurants charge 5% GST; ask your CA which rate applies to you.
Can I use a thermal printer?
Yes. Print 58 mm or 80 mm receipts from the browser or the desktop app, or send the bill on WhatsApp instead.
Can I track ingredients?
Yes. Make a recipe for each item you prepare; a production run takes the ingredients out of stock and puts the finished goods in, costed from what you paid.
